Montpelier Property Management has been in the real estate rental business, in Central Vermont, since 1972. We rent apartments, offices, retail storefronts and restaurants. All of our buildings are owned, operated and managed by us. We do not rent any properties that we do not own, making our company unique in that respect.

Montpelier Property Management is continuously renovating and improving its apartments in an effort to maintain high quality apartments. We rent and manage approximately 100 residential apartments. They are located either downtown or within walking distance of downtown and the surrounding old picturesque neighborhoods of the Capitol City.
