Henneke, Fraim & Dawes represents individuals, families, businesses, and organizations in both commercial and general civil matters.
Edward has retired after over 50 years of practicing law. He spent his entire career in Genesee County, working first as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and later, in 1967, as City Attorney for the City of Flushing. Edward co-founded Henneke, Fraim & Dawes, P.C. in 1969 and over the years mentored many talented attorneys with a diversified set of skills and practice areas.
With over thirty years in practice, Scott Fraim offers clients of Henneke, Fraim & Dawes, P.C. a wealth of legal experience. Scott's degrees are in Business Administration, a Juris Doctor with an emphasis on business matters, and a Master of Laws in Taxation. Scott represents numerous businesses from small partnerships to large corporations.
Brandon advises clients on all aspects of business and real estate, including corporate structure, mergers and acquisitions, transactions and contracts, leasing, and construction and development. In addition, Brandon litigates extensively in civil disputes in both federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration.

I have used Barb Dawes twice. For a divorce and then years later for a repeat custody child support issue. Both times I felt cared for. She stayed in touch of what occurred. She answered emails very quickly. Her receptionists are very kind courteous and always helped me. They seemed to always know who I was and care!!! Barb seemed to care about my concerns. My concerns for my kids and listened. She was fair. Gave me realistic expectations. Always prepared me for the worst but gave me hope. Very pleased with this law firm and would recommend her to anyone! I know when people think lawyer, honest

The very best !! Anne was just phenomenal. I couldn’t have had a better resolution within the budget I was quoted . Anne did everything to keep my cost down & still make sure I have fantastic representation. I highly recommend her & the office for any of your needs . Attorney Dawes is great. Being from a distant state from the court case was somewhat unnerving. During our first communication my mind was put to ease and I felt confident knowing she was representing me. She was patient and kind and took the time to explain things I didn't understand. Which was often. Attorney Dawes kept me well updated with all aspects of the case. She is among the best and I felt blessed to have her representation.

Barbra Dawes is the worst. DO NOT EVER RETAIN HER.. She will take your $2000 and tell you that you are screwed. As far as representing you she is a joke. I have never seen more people walk out of a place crying since the movie "Amageddon" came out, she will take your money and leave you out to dry. Do not waste your money you may as well use it a kindling for a fire. She is the WORST ATTORNEY AND SHOULD BE BARRED FOR FRAUD. Actually you cant sue her for that cause she tells you she sucks right off the bat, sue google for trusting them. We lost and are now starting over, I hope she burns in hell
