His focus over a 35-year career has been multifamily finance. Mr. Scott continues to expand CMC's strong commercial lending platform in New Jersey and the Tri-State Region.
Mr. Scott is a member of the National Mortgage Bankers Association and has served on the Urban Land Institute (ULI) national multifamily council. He has consulted for the Appraisal Institute in addition to the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Scott is also a member of U.S Realty Capital, LLC, a nationwide network of commercial mortgage bankers.
