He suggested they could come out and give me a price and if agreeable he could take it right away. Or I could take a picture or two and text them to him for a price. I selected the picture option. Old fridge broke and I wanted it out of the house. 6 yr old Kenmore Elite with a broken compressor. Fridge should have lasted 15-20 years. I was very happy to get next day service to have it removed.
My plan was to move the refrigerator to the street prior to their arrival. I got it just to the front door as I realized a) I am 67, b) I really needed a dolly to get it over the door jam.
Got a text that they were on the way at 10:52. The pick-up-window timeframe was 11-1. I think it was 11:18 when they had loaded the old fridge and were gone. I got The Good Guy discount and they got the Tip.
