Community Pharmacy has been serving Carteret County and surrounding areas since 2005. Locally owned and operated by Mark LaRoque and Mike Wright with over 30 years of Pharmacy experience. We are a full service Pharmacy offering Prescription Services, Immunizations, Limited Compounding, Delivery, Drive-Thru Convenience, and an after hours drop-box.

Been a customer for about a year now, always very friendly and professional. They have gone above and beyond during the pandemic to makes sure everyone gets what they need. One of the last privately owned Pharmacies around. I hope they don't get bought out anytime soon.

Talked to like a child when discussing a delivery that supposedly happened. Never going back here. Will go to a pharmacy where my business is appreciated and not talked to in a demeaning way.

I called around to try to get the cheapest prices for a medication my wife needed they filled out paperwork to get the price of medication drop down a little bit because of the covid-19 basically all they got is they took away the taxes what are the states pay in them or not and I pulled up the pharmacy app and I could have got them for fifteen bucks and end up spending 45 would not recommend the place again it's like a convenience store

Visited with Community today for a flu shot. Was ignored for about 10 minutes without even acknowledging I was there. Always had good service intil today.

I dont normally enjoy going to a pharmacy. However, this place is the exception!!!. Lauren is a great lady and is genuine! She is awesome!!! Not only are they fast, have a drive thru, have better prices than any other place, BUT their customer service is over the top!! I always leave with smile on my face. 😊10 ++++ stars!!!
