Alain Borthayre is from Lima Peru. He received a BA in Business Administration and Marketing from the Instituto Peruano de Administracion de Empresas in 1989 and a BA in Business Administration from Universidad de San Martin de Porres in 1997. He move to USA in 2000. Since then he has worked hard to make it to the top.
Throughout the years we have met and helped all sorts of entrepreneurs who wanted to change and build their own path. Some business owners created the right plan, made the right decision and had the courage to take that next step to better their futures whereas others failed for different reasons. What I've noticed is that people confuse the structure of the Business with the Business/Opportunity itself.
With 16 years of experience in this industry we can help you with your individual income taxes. Many of your life events can affects your Individual Income Taxes, School, Jobs, Marriage, Children, Buying a Home, Job Promotions, Investments, even opening a Small Business on the side. One thing we have learned is the it pays to be prepared for the unforeseen future; circumstance can arise that can affect your personal taxes.
The forms that we usually get from corporations to determine Income are 1099 miscellaneous and 1099 K. Another source to complement Income is a P&L. P&L also helps to gather all business expenses. We help if you are self-employed file forms 1096 and 1099 miscellaneous for the contractors you have used.
