Drew handled everything properly and was able to problem solve my car’s issues that originally made things more difficult than they needed to be. Phenomenal conversation, patient, and offered water, snacks and a phone charger to ensure I was good to go after being dropped off at my destination! Kimi and Chris did wonderful, went all out to make sure our parents got to a safe place, since the first phone call and i spoke to Kimi, she made it very easy and understandable for us to use their services, and got to my parents right away, us being about 6 hrs away felt uncomfortable with my parents being stranded, but we made the best choice and talked to the right towing company, i strongly recommend their services , and i definitely would use them again, God Bless them for the great service, Kimi and Chris thank You Again🙏🙏🙏

My semi truck had transmission issues coming into Junction and the nearest shop was in Kerrville. My company called Midway wrecker service and shortly after their dispatch contacted me and gave me an arrival time. Anthony showed up at the time his dispatch said he would and was proficient with his work and very courteous. Also was more than willing to have my dog ride with us in the tow truck. All in all great service would definitely recommend to any one needing a tow.

Kain was THE BEST tow truck driver we have ever had. Nice, courteous, smart and patient. He hauled us and our vehicle from Harper all the way into Austin and made what was otherwise a very stressful experience into a calm one. He even waited for with us for our ride to come to the shop. I cannot say enough good things about him. He’s a total rockstar!!!

My 17 year old son’s vehicle was overheating yesterday. He’s only been licensed about 2 months, so he was a little frazzled. I was enroute to him and decided towing the truck would be better. I called and was greeted with a friendly voice and she even looked up the exact address for me while I was on the phone since all I gave was a business name. Her estimate was reasonable for driver to show up and actually was shorter than anticipated. Driver was friendly and professional. No wasting time, either.
