Everything Bad Happened!
Brought my G3 that I purchased from a local owner in September to Smithville Marine for some warranty work needed on my new Minn Kota trolling motor. I had them do general service and work on the Tach and Speedo as well. Smithville Marine has a great reputation and they also service Yamaha Motors, so it was a "No Brainer" for me to bring it here.
Well, if anything could go wrong, it did. Without going into the painful details, let's just say that waiting over a month was terrible as fishing season was kicking hard and I sat watching it...
So how does all this pain and

Have broke down at Truman and Lake of the Ozarks. Shops in those towns seem to not have any interest in servicing lower units or mercury outboards on ranger bass boats. Drove many miles to Smithville marine, left with big smiles and a working boat each time. Absolutely the best boat guys in the Midwest. Thank you Thank you Thank you!

I was at Truman lake practicing for a tournament. The day before the tournament my starter quit working. I checked local boat service centers near Warsaw and they did not have a starter on hand for my motor. I called Brad at Smithville Marine and not only did they have one, Scott (the service technician) replaced mine quick so that I could make the tournament the next day! They always have what I need, the service is great, and I have been a happy customer for over 20 years!

Chad has done ALL of the maintenance on my bass boats for years. He is incredibly easy to work with. Just be polite and he will be extremely polite in return. Always satisfied with timing and quality of service.
