Wendell was very friendly, help full and on top of things. We had a deadline for a house and persevered the cold weather to run a test we needed also suggested a company, to help us with further needs. He explained everything in detail and answered every question we had. Highly suggest this company.

17 years ago, a well water problem was solved perfectly in all respects. Yesterday, awoke to.no water, called for help, and competent service was at my door in a little over an hour. One hour later, problem perfectly solved again. Wendell Washington is as good as it gets for the service and explanation he provides. A real "go to" guy.

Worst service imaginable. Paid over $2300 to have my pump replaced. After pump was replaced, It would not shut off and was running constantly. Could not get the owner of the company to come back out and check his own work, without first agreeing to pay a service call fee of $120. Come to find out, that when he set the new pump he actually cracked several fittings in the pipe of my well, which is why it was leaking and not shutting off. I had to pay someone else to come out and fix the work that he performed, but at a much more reasonable rate.. The owners wife (who is his secretary) is extremely
