Assisted Living facilities are not Nursing Homes and should not be confused as being the same thing. We provide personal-care services to a resident who is 18 years of age or older and in need of the personal care for which the facility is able to offer and is licensed for. We do everything we can do to enhance their quality of life in a "home like" setting.

We ensure their safety, dignity and respect. We encourage residents to make as many of their own choices regarding their daily routines as possible. Our dedicated highly trained staff brings almost 200 years total combined skilled nursing care experience to our residents in our Assisted Living Facility.
Services
The dream of simply doing it better and our frustration with companies in healthcare and their willingness to "cut corners" prompted our desire to build something with integrity. We wanted to get back to the philosophy that care was something you should never compromise. Residents should enjoy where they live and feel secure with the people providing them care.
We perform Weekly vitals on every Resident, the state only requires 1 be done on each Resident once a year, we go above and beyond to make sure our Residents are safe and cared for. State Approved in House Nurse Aide Training Program Formally named "Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program" (NATCEP).
Assisted Living facilities are not Nursing Homes and should not be confused as being the same thing. The Pines of Polson is located in close proximity to the Beautiful Flathead Lake which is a large natural lake in northwest Montana, and is the largest natural freshwater lake by surface area that is west of the source of the Missouri River in the contiguous United States.
What is your daily staffing ratio caregiver to resident? 2. How many UTI's or "Urinary tract infection" did your facility have in the last year? 3. How many bed sores, if any, did your facility have in the last year? 4. How many meals does your facility serve each day? What times are they served and do you buy food locally to support your community or do you buy from an out of area retailer?
The Pines Assisted Living Facilities and Mountain View Care Center Nursing Home have Partnered with The Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Group "Tribal Waves"! This talented group comes bi-weekly to all three of our locations and performs and interacts with our amazing residents. Every single time they deliver smiles and laughter and our Residents cannot wait for them to return each time.

The Pines Assisted Living is a very small, but very Homey place. It makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. The Directior is really nice and easy to work with. He really knows the ins and outs of the "Medicaid" system.

The people care about your loved one. People are treated with love and respect. The facility is run like a home, not a hospital.
