Reserved “party” area for my 4 year olds birthday, $15 refundable deposit. We made sure it was perfect when we were finished. Lady asked us to take out garbages after “inspecting” area. EVERYONE at pool was using garbages, but we agreed and took them outside. Apparently we set them in the wrong spot, she then said that we would not get deposit back, we paid $100+ for people to swim and because we misunderstood where to set them, she was not willing to give us the $15 back. Place is nasty, bathroom stalls have no locks. Staff totally sucks. Everyone pees in the pool.

My son's favorite hot spring to go to. 1000 springs is my favorite bc of the diving boards, whereas my son loves the water slide. We always enjoy eating our picnic type stuff in the room set aside for partying and eating. The changing area is a locker room type with plenty of space. There are individual pools you can set the temp if you feel like renting by the hour.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This is no "resort" by any means. The slide barely makes this place worth it. We drive 3 hours to come here, paid to come in and swim for my whole family, measured all my kids for the height requirements which they all were tall enough, just for some guy to pull my 4 year old aside 2 hours in and tell me she wasn't safe or tall enough. She literally had been going down the slide for TWO hours and had been measured by the daytime staff. The only staff that was nice was the lady taking money at the start of the day. Absolutely e eryone else was rude

It's a really nice place to be! Specially if you want to have a relaxing family time!! Because the kids will be having fun and the adults can relax 😌 only have one concern the staff needs to find a better way to communicate with the customers!

Workers very rude and nosey. Told my youngest that he couldn't be in the deep although I was sitting there watching and he didn't want to go anyway. Blowing whistles at kids not doing anything. Didn't say on website about the ages for swimming without an adult present. Would nit recommend going. I would rather go to the hot springs down road than there.

Nice river view from the campsites, and the “upper” tent campsites are nicely situated and groomed. The pool is quite rundown though, and the price a bit steep for the material condition. Overall, the entire facility is not the picture I think of when I think of “Resort”. It’s quite a bit of an overstatement, sadly.
Their personal service is very friendly though, and they went out of their way to make it work for us with a last-minute reservation.

If you have more than onr car coming with you, be prepared to pay 30$ more. The staff are rude and unprofessional, definitely not planning on returning to this place of "business" ever again. Do not reccomend unless you want foot fungus, herpes, chlamidia, and/or food poisoning.
The water was 108 degrees, it boils at 212, but you feel as if you have been sent to hell early for visitinf such a bad place.
If possible avoid this false advertising location.

This place is amazing. The scenery and water falls were breath taking. The pool was perfect. Most importantly the staff was amazing! Jenne was awesome. She was super pleasant and professional to us. We will definitely be back.

Didn't go to pool. Stayed at camp ground ( or lack there of). Showers were nasty, looks as if they have never been cleaned. Campground is full of Flys to high heaven. Nothing really specials other than the view on the opposing side of Lake.

Really great place to camp... only downside was after your 40. /night fee you still get charged for use of pool and mineral baths.
The pool is very cool though... built in the 50s, it looks very retro and nostalgic.
Friendly people... would stay here again.

We tried hard to like this resort but the location next to the highway and under the cottonwood trees drove us away in the middle of the night. The campground badly needs sound barrier fences to keep the non stop highway traffic lights and noise off the campground. --bring your eye covers and ear plugs.

Pool closed on Mondays (but they won't tell you that until you've booked your reservations on a Monday might I add) the WiFi is really really bad if you expected the WiFi to be able to send messages you were mistaken because I had to go to town to write this review
Bathrooms were really gross and the curtains for the bathroom and shower were see through curtains (no doors?)
No hot showers like they advertise they had a sign that said cold showers only sorry for the inconvenience. The showers had low water pressure and you could only use one at a time or else the water pressure was

We put in our reservations in January, we went to the resort for our annual family vacation, we had reserved 2 camp sites and 2 cabins. They had a family already in one of our camp sites and said the other one had been reserved and paid in full by someone else the entire weekend. They then said all sites were reserved for the weekend at the rivers edge and we would have to take the upper level of camp sites. They were extremely rude. The remaining two days of the weekend, no other sites were filled/reserved and the management made no attempt to offer the original sites (that were empty) to

Disappointed! If you are looking for a TRUE Idaho "hot springs" water experience go to Miracle Hot Springs close by. 1000 Springs is more of a "swimming pool" which is fun for kids if you are looking for Indoor swim. I don't want to discount it for others I do want to informed. For me, the soothing nature of hot springs water is therapeutic for me and helps my skin. This water at 1000 Springs was heavily chlorinated and no "silky" feel of hot springs. In fact it dried up my skin so bad and caused great discomfort/itching badly. Miracle Hot Springs drains and

The water wasn't warm, it was super chlorinated. I was itchy from being in the water there. Don't waste your time and money if you are coming here for the hot springs. It is possibly the absolute worst hot spring I have ever been to.

WATCH your credit card charges! I gladly paid for our stay, but not for the additional $75 they charged my credit card for a 'so called cleaning deposit'....which was never mentioned in my signed paperwork! On arrival the cabin floor was dirty and the coffee pot had old coffee left. The resort said they found black dog hair everywhere, which was not mine. Bathrooms were filthy and showers were cold. Odd since it was a Natural Hot Springs.

What a great place! My kids and I have been there twice in the past two weeks. It is family friendly and the staff is great. The dressing rooms could be bigger but other than that it's a great place.

The pool itself seemed decently clean, but the building itself felt grimy. The locker rooms were pretty gross. They were poorly lit, the stall doors didn't work and it smelled musty. We forgot to pack flip flops and I felt super disgusted walking on the floor. Although my little ones didn't mind, I myself did not feel comfortable there.
