Don't check in here for the "free breakfast"... Or if wifi is important to you. The wifi is God awful & wifi is important because I work from home & need a good connection... He didn't tell us that the wifi is extremely sketchy & they have been speaking with the provider to get it fixed... He told me when I called down, after check in, to get the password. This has been a very large disappointment.. a disappointment I would have avoided by not checking in there had I known this was the case. Once I was told, we were already "locked in" to 3 days...

I book a night and paid a 50 dollar deposit which was fine. Room was nice and it was comfortable. So I decided to book another room. They wanted to try to charge me another deposit instead of rolling my original over. So I'd have been paying 100 extra. Then they wanted to say that they weren't charging me but it was a hold still it would take 7 to 10 buisness days to get it back. They lost a customer by doing so and I will not be staying there again

The price was higher than shown, the pillows were lumps, the breakfast only had coffee, juice, yogurt and 2 kinds of mini muffins. One lady asked if we had to leave a $50.00 deposit like she did. She was asking for it back. The clerk had to go inspect her room, no pets, before he would return her deposit. When I checked out the clerk couldn’t figure how to give me a receipt so offered to email it. That hasn’t happened yet. NEVER AGAIN!

Desk clerks were very nice at check in and check out. Breakfast was lack luster but I assume it is because of Covid and possibly the recent hurricane due to everyone having supply issues. Room was clean and smelled much better than the hotel we stayed at in Biloxi, Ms. would highly recommend if you need a cheap hotel that is actually nice. For warning the decor is a little dated but it is well kept.

Was charged twice...
Booked on Expedia and when i checked in they found out i had forgot to say i had my daughter with me on the expedia listing. so they said they had to cancel my booking and pay them directly. i said what about my expedia booking? well you would have to cancel it and ask for a refund. No problem they said....
Well it was a problem, i ended up paying twice for a room. Easier to just avoid this place and avoid the hassle.
Would be 5 stars if they didn't charge me twice....

The front desk attendant was getting over on guests. Requesting that we cancel our online reservation and book onsite. He refused to allow me to check in. The couple before us went through something similar. It was very unfair and the representative declined to issue us a refund. I would not recommend this property to anybody. Awful customer service

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Dirty room and unreasonable owner. We were staying because our electricity had been knocked out by a storm and literally walked into the room and got a text from Entergy it was back on. Tried to get my money back after checking in and owner would not budge. I would not stay again. The only positive thing I could say was the checkin lady was so sweet and very hospitable.

Just checked in and I'm furious at the sign in the lobby that stated they don't reserve rooms to residents of Saline County... ok you can't freaking call yourself Hometown Hotel and not allow the residents of your county to stay here. My husband and I just wanted a night away from our house, so we just decided to stay in Bryant! They let us stay but I just find it weird... cleanliness was okayyyyy for now. I'm just baffled by the irony of the name.

The room was clean and the facility was nice. When it came to check out that's when I started having issues. JoJo one of the staff members was absolutely great she did everything she could to help us out. Ash the manager on the other hand was extremely irritated. I was dbl charged for my room and then extra charged for cleaning fee (my youngest had a potty accident) which I understand for but not to be charged twice for it. When trying to get this resolved I'm told it's a glitch in their system but it depends on my bank if they're going to help reverse the charges. Mind you

I made my reservations through priceline which said, and showed a picture of two beds double occupancy. When I checked in on 4/5\15 I was told I had to take a king bed. There was me, my husband, my 22 year old daughter and her baby, there was no way that would work. The person checking us in went a head and gave us a double queen but I don't think she was suppose to. The manager had her on the phone the entire time I was at the front desk yelling at her.
We got to our room. My daughter pulled down the covers and there were no sheets on her bed so she made out back up and slept on top

I saw a poor family get worked over by front desk. Here's the kicker, they had a baby with them and this place refused to give them their room. Family had already pre-paid and hotel refused to let baby stay in room. Can you believe it?
Nice clean cut decent family and this hotel kept there money and put them to the street ....

So I am making a cross-country trip and get stuck in 3 hour gridlock in Carlisle, AR. This set us back so we wanted a cheap hotel in the area. Did a quick yelp search and came across this place. 4.5 stars on Priceline- sign me up!
Well, Priceline, you were wrong. So wrong. I walk in and am "greeted" by a hormonal teenager with the customer service skills of a monkey. He barely glanced up from his cell phone and did not acknowledge me standing in front of him.
I speak first:
