Utilizing a fully integrated computer network and state-of-the-art machining processes, our Computer Numeric Control (CNC) department will turn your concept into a working component. Employing with a variety of materials including aluminum, plastics, composites, and tool steels we can produce detailed parts design, secondary operations, custom one-off parts, production runs and prototypes to meet your specifications.
Our master die building toolmakers at American Tool and & Die can fabricate or repair dies that run a wide range of materials including brass, aluminum, stainless steel, hot rolled, cold rolled, plated or pre-painted. American Tool & Die has a fully equipped tool room that supports the fabrication department for emergency repairs or any required creation of tooling.
In addition to our ability to craft the finest custom-made dies, American Tool & Die's small die storage area boasts 2,800 sq. When it comes to special, metal and alloy parts production "one size doesn't fit all." At American Tool & Die, we answer the uniqueness of our customers' product needs with a diversity of services and solutions.
In addition to our short-run stamping production capabilities, American Tool & Die is more than equipped to handle your high-volume, higher tonnage stamping requirements. With a full complement of presses ranging from 12 tons to 600 tons our Production Stamping Departments will meet or exceed your expectations of quality products, delivered on time, and competitively priced.
A growing focus in our long list of services is industrial pump rebuilding. Our well-trained associates will disassemble, discard defective parts, re-mill, turn, grind, drill, polish, clean housings and components to industry specs, and repack components for shipping and return to service. American Tool & Die also does complete machine rebuilds of manufacturing equipment.
