Aspen Psychological and Psychiatric Services is an association of independently practicing mental health professionals that provides services for children, adolescents, and adults with life challenges requiring individual, couples, and or family counseling or in need of medications for psychological distress and difficulty with sleep.
Aspen Psychological and Psychiatric Services provides a full service, multi-disciplinary team approach for providing psychotherapy and medication management to our clients. We provide clinical services to children (from 5 years of age), adolescents, adults and senior citizens utilizing a brief, goal-directed treatment model.

Services
Clinical psychology may be confused with psychiatry which generally has similar goals (e.g. the alleviation of mental distress), but is unique in that psychiatrists are physicians with medical degrees. As such, they tend to focus on medication-based solutions, although some also provide psychotherapeutic services as well.
