The Presutti office has exceeded all expectations for me. I really appreciate that they fought 7 long years in which today we were granted a win in verdict. In 2012 i was in an accident where i was T-boned. I was compensated for all the damages and they really took their time to handle the issues with my case because the person who was driving the vehicle wasn’t the owner, it was their family member. In 2019 i was in a major accident whereas the person rear ended me going 45mph while i was at the traffic light. They went out of their way to help me to places and i was heavily compensated. Highly recommended attorney, Richard Presutti is down to earth and unlike most attorneys he is very fair with his fees!!! He is very upfront and honest, he did not gain more than I did on my injuries. Presutti is very knowledgable in his field of work and informed me fully on how the courts could go.
