We just completed a $12M assisted living facility in The Villages, Florida and Modern Plumbing was one of the best, if not the best subcontractors on the team. The workforce on site always attended weekly project meetings, worked toward the weekly goals, never delayed the work and the quality of the material was as specified and the workman's ship was A+. A special "shout out" to Forman Sean and Superintendent Darel, some of the best craftmen in the business.

We called mid afternoon with a sudden blockage of two bathrooms. My first call to Modern based on a recommendation of another vendor. Very helpful and polite.
They were here the next morning. It was a stubborn issue which Tom addresses in a little over two hours. . Total bill was $323. Thanks Tom and Modern.
Little did I know that two weeks later, we had a toilet fail. Curtis and Tom were great to work with. Top quality installation. Neat and professional. Thanks again,
