So I blew my tire about 215 am, called and gave the dispatcher my info and was told she was sending the info to the driver and he would be calling shortly. Almost an hour passes and I call back because I hadn’t gotten a call or eta, anything. I figured they likely were busy or didn’t have many drivers overnight on a weekend so I gave them time. The… dispatcher then put me on hold and tried to call the driver. She couldn’t even get ahold of them. She said the request was in and said I should look around and when he calls if I found someone else to just let him know that

Amazing service and this was not your regular towing, this was a boat on a trailer that needed to be towed because the axle broke. He was very careful and educational in everything he did, this helped me get over the possibility of this process going south and trust that he is the right person for this job. Rick was a great guy and the inexpensive charge does not do justice to their incredible equipment knowledge and great service in a very expedient matter.

Very bad service and totally unprofessional. My vehicle slid downhill and was stuck in a ditch. They slid down into my vehicle and caused damaged to the front. I need their insurance information to give to my… insurance company. I have called them multiple time over a 1 month period. They have not returned any of my calls and the dispatcher will not give me any information and refuses to give me the name and number to his manager.
