No one to check me in when I arrived. When person finally showed up they had already ran my credit card and left the room key and my receipt tapes to the room door. Very unprofessional. I have stayed there many times in the past but will not be staying there again. Also it now houses long stay customers so felt more like a cheap apartment building. Headboard came detached in the middle of the night because it was hung on the wall like a picture using wire. Overall worst experience I have ever had.

Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed that the room included a kitchenette. The internet was a little weak across the parking lot from the office so make sure to bring a range extender with you.
The management staff was professional, polite and treated us like family. The room was clean and surprisingly well-lit with plenty of windows. The cleaning staff was always on time and thorough. Good building maintenance is hard to find but it seems that Fir Grove has found theirs. The entire experience was wonderful.
The extended-stay option was very nice and the weekly rates are likely the best

Stayed for almost a week. Rooms smell like mold. Only had scorching hot water for a shower. While running the water to try and get any cold water, the fire alarm would go off with all the steam in the room. Super embarrassing! Heard others complain about only having cold water. I made my complaint and she said she would have a maintenance man come at 10am the next morning. Guy never showed up, so she let us shower in the next room over. The water in that room would go cold then hot the whole time we showered. Long term residents were loud at all hours of the night. They were also the drug and criminal

Kari is amazing. I’ve stayed there a few times and one was an extended stay. I was staying with my mom and we were constantly arguing, and I’m in the hospital a lot for a seizure disorder. They, despite this, knowing I had nowhere else to go, still did their best to make sure I was able to get away from my mom safely. And they spoke to me several times about my issues that resulted in me having seizures.
I’ve had packages delivered there despite changing my address, and they held onto them as long as they could. When I went to pick them up Kari was super nice and remembered me and my kids
