Kathy has been doing my hair for the past 20 years! She is the most talented colorist and I always get lots of compliments when she does my hair. I would never go to anyone else again because I always know I will walk away happy! She is the best! When I'm in her chair I know I am in good hands.

I went to Kathy for a Keratin treatment and she did an amazing job! She was so accommodating with my schedule and is very friendly. She took her time and was not rushed which I appreciated. She makes you feel at home and loves talking with you. She has a passion for what she does which shows in her work, and she is very knowledgeable about the beauty field. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you're taken care of. She also helped me get the products I needed for after care and educated me about the process.

My Beauty Master Kathy Schwertfeger out did herself on my transition to embracing my sparkles. I love my hair and this will help when it starts to grow in. If you would like to do the same or just want a Color, Cut, extensions anything beauty related call her she is a master to her craft for sure. Plus she's a awesome person that takes good care of her clients and friends. We are all family to her. I did my research and chose Jade beauty lounge. What first impressed me was how quickly Kathy responded to my request (under 5 minutes). I was further impressed by her asking me questions about my hair, color, style etc. Instead of just saying sure I can do/ fix anything. She was very honest about what she would need to do to do a color correct, and she took me this very same day. I know she was busy, but she stayed late to make my hair beautiful. The best hair dresser I have ever had So glad to have my friend recommend her. She fixed a mistake another hair dresser made with my color and also cut my hair like I always expected it should look. She has been my hair dresser ever since. I get complimented about my hair on a daily basis. I love my hair! Also always like chatting with her. Great personality and considerate. She's got my back when it comes to my hair .

Kathy is amazing. She does awesome cuts and colors. I am so happy I found her. I don't usually stick with one stylist because they never get it exactly how I want it, but Kathy totally does!! I just saw her again on Saturday and once again she did an amazing job! I also love that she is honest about what is feasible for my hair. Definitely found my stylist for life!!!

They do not provide services for ethnic hair. I felt condescension when I received a response to my inquiry about maintaining my curl pattern. Don't come here if you are interested in having your ethnic hair colored. Did not feel any welcoming tone, at all. I sent messages to numerous hair stylists and hers was weighted with condescension. Disgusting.

Response: I stand by my feeling that reframing my question in quotes , rather than responding to my need for curl maintenance right away, comes off as condescending when my question was pretty straight forward. Felt as thought my question

Kathy is fantastic! She is adorable and incredibly knowledgeable. I previously had blue/purple colored hair on the under layers and wanted to change up the color to burgundy, not only on the previously colored hair but also my natural black hair. It turned out so beautifully without having to bleach any of my hair! And my hair is very soft and healthy looking.

She also cut my hair and I love that too! I have some long side-swept bangs that I wasn't very happy with. Kathy knew immediately why it didn't look quite right and fixed it up. The cut looks great and is very low maintenance,

As i mentioned before, I've never given any review unless the service is extremely good or extremely bad. Kathy is special. She is very passionate in what she does over 25+ years. She is personable and so much fun to talk to. You can tell she is really listening when you talk to her. Her salon is super cute and cozy.

After all these years, i was never 100% satisfied with ANY hair style/color/balayage work i found in IE, LA, OC, even San Diego. I would literally go once, then never again! Due to my difficult type of hair and need i have, many times I had to walk out barely noticing a difference

I have VERY thick, dark, coarse, and long (WELL past my shoulders) Asian (Filipino) hair. And have I got A LOT of it. I have had stick straight hair all my life that has always been stubborn; it's always been extremely difficult to hold a curl and even color.

Started going to Kathy two years ago with my gross hair... she knew how to color my hair, balayage it, and make it strong! It looks so healthy now and I ALWAYS get a great cut. She now cuts my husband's hair, my daughter's hair, and my moms. She listens to my requests and helps me to understand want won't work on me. I know many others who come and stay for color correction. She's the guru of hair!

I came here after a recommendation from a friend and it was one of the greatest decision I've made! I was in desperate need of a color correction/blending fix after getting one of the saddest balayage almost a month ago (photo for reference). I wanted a warm blonde color and ended up with red/electric yellow poorly blended hair. Kathy took her time with my my hair and made sure there were no obvious transitions from my black hair. I ended up with a warm brown blonde color.

Kathy is professional and knowledgable, she took me from box dyed black to blond, without damaging my hair, I get compliments everyday and I won't go anywhere else.

I have been going to Kathy for 4 years. It took awhile to find someone who could cut and highlight my hair the way I liked it. She is amazing at what she does. Totally recommend her for all your hair needs and more. I will follow her where ever she may go.

I had an AMAZING experience coming here! Kathy listened to my every concern and gave me a Wonderful new style! She is so knowledgable and talented! The environment was calm and inviting; I was really able to relax while I got my hair cut and enjoy a beer(she has beverages).

Im extremely particular in regards to who does anything to my hair. I have to say ... Kathy is amazing !!!!! She is constantly taking classes and staying educated on new products and methods of treating hair and skin care as well. I am always able to get an appointment, she's very flexible with her scheduling, Very Reasonable prices. The shop is conveniently located off 10 frwy and always very clean and pleasantly quiet/relaxing. I also have her do my facials and peels. Love her. Would recommend to everyone I know. 5 Stars *****

This was my first time coming to her. I've follow her on Instagram and love her work she posts. She's very welcoming and just had this natural way of making you feel comfortable. She asks and listens to what you want and don't want. I wanted to lighten my hair, but I was so nervous and afraid it wouldn't end up right. I no longer have any doubts or fears. She knows definitely knows what she is doing. And I'm pretty sure that she is going to be my "forever stylist". I would follow Kathy to the end of the world!! She is amazing!! She has years of expertise. Her personality is great and she can do anything you ask for. She is an expert in Balayage and uses only the best products. It is incredible that such a gifted and talented stylist is here in the Inland Empire.
