Daniel is a professional through and through. He shows up when he promises and works tirelessly to get the job done. Our house looks like it has new siding on it's so clean! I highly recommend Daniel for exterior cleaning jobs, he's reasonable in his rates (a refreshing change from the predators posting in our neighborhood for 1500.00 power wash services). Daniel was an absolute professional from my first contact and when he just left a few minutes ago I was blown away with the job that he did. He went above and beyond to access every possible pane of glass on the house and removed years of buildup from our gutters. He saw some parts of the roof that looked like they needed a repair and he went all the way back up on his ladder just to take some photos for me. Daniel worked with our neighborhood on a group buy of power washing services. He has been nothing but professional, courteous, reliable and prompt in all his dealings with us. I used Phoenix to clean our windows. We have an old house with a ton of older windows. He did an amazing job! The windows are sparkling clean now.
