I had an issue since getting my braces off in high school, over the years no other dentist recommended I do anything about it.. I wish we took before and after pics, it looks and feels so much better. The filling procedure took less than 30mins, she used the perfect amount of novocaine, and there was absolutely zero pain. This is a great practice. I don’t have insurance and I was happy to pay out of pocket for such high quality professionalism. Thank you riverside!!

Visited riverside dental for bi annual cleaning today. Love Jan, may she never retire!. Jan found an issue today. And our new dentist, Dr Patel, reviewed it and agreed. And lucky me, she had some time right after my cleaning. She repaired a small decay site, without a local anesthetic. I Paid my share of the bill, insurance was okd. And I was quickly on my way. ( noticed some new techniques, amazing) Thank you ladies. See you in December.

Excellent dental practice!
Dr Patel is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’m one of those dentist anxiety people. I have been since I was a kid. In the past I had to take Ativan before going to dentist. Not the case with Dr Patel. Besides her knowledge and precision , her confidence and kindness puts you at ease. Takes her time , makes sure your ok during the procedure. Never had Novocain administered as she does-painless. I’m a retired nurse so I’m particular with my health care. Janice is a fabulous hygienist. The assistant also very good, sorry to say I don’t remember her name. You

Riverside dental associates recently purchased purchased the practice that I have been going to for I've been going to for well over 30 years. I must say that I was a bit skeptical about having a new dentist after all this time. But I have to say that I've been very pleased with the staff and my new dentist Dr. Patel who is very proficient at her craft. I feel this will prove to be a positive change for all of our former dentist, Dr. Paolino's patients.

I just showed up for my cleaning as a new patient and was told they left a voicemail this morning telling me the hygienist is sick so don't come. They called someone else because there were no calls on my cell phine call log from them. Okay, then I would like to reschedule please. Oh, um, we take Delta Dental but not your plan." Very disappointed in the front desk and I gave them my complete dental insurance information when I called for the appointment last week.

This place is very unprofessional. They had an issue with a coworker and because I know that person out of the blue with out ever seeing me refused me treatment leaving me with extreme pain that they where going to to a root canal and refused me to be seen I pray that the board of health closed them down for refusing to treat a patient just because you know a staff member. I feel I have rights to care and no one should be refused treatment when in so much pain. I was told to go to the ER that they are not going to care for me and hung the phone up.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
