Services
You may use your own shipper, however please note that Some Old Some New does not provide any packing services, and will not crate, wrap or pad your item. Any items left after 30 days will be assessed $25 per week, per item for storage. For all pick ups, please bring your own blankets, pads and any other material you may need to secure your item or items.

Very poor customer service. I was a good customer but after trying to place an order for a small item I have learned the hard way the owners have no clue about customer service. The owner gave me the impression my item had been ordered. When I tried texting and stopping in the store to check to see if it had arrived I finally was told the order wasnt
placed until thee weeks later. I was told that it couldn't be ordered until there was a minimum dollar amount which of course I u
nDerstood. I received a nasty , yelling berating voicemail message from the owner that life
is hard.

Great store for completely furnishing or adding to your decor. We were very pleased when our daughter-in-law introduced us to this spacious store, that is fully stocked with quality used and new furniture.
Cecil and Diana, the owners, have a very friendly, warm kind of southern charm. Everyone at the store is helpful and ready to accommodate customers. When I reported that we were having trouble with one of the electric recliners we bought in 2018, Cecil came to our house and fixed it. He discovered and reattached a power cord that probably came loose from our Robot floor vacuum.
Cecil and Diana, the owners, have a very friendly, warm kind of southern charm. Everyone at the store is helpful and ready to accommodate customers. I have purchased furniture and accessories from Cecil in the past. We recently had a very disappointing experience. He had a desk to sell but the key did not work. We told him how to fix it and asked that he give us a call once it was done and we would make the purchase. I visited the store today and found that the desk was "fixed". The price was increased and we did not receive a call. Needless to say, I left the store without making a purchase and I will not return. Not at all a good way of doing business.
