I was so pleased with Alder Moving Services. Because it was a local move, Jason was able to fit me in within a few days of my call. The movers showed up on time, and started right in taking my furniture out the door. The men were cheerful, courteous and careful with my furnishings including my one solitary Victorian marble topped dry sink.
All moves that pickup or deliver within a 100-mile radius are considered local moves and are charged by the hour. The hourly rate for local moves varies and depends on the number of men and trucks required to complete the job in an efficient and timely manner. Our crew will show up at the appointed time, lay down floor protectors and get to work.

Great professional team. Everything was nicely wrapped and they even moved my Grandmother's huge safe and piano! I can't imagine how we could have even done what took them one day to do. I will recommend to my Real Estate clients in the future.

Walker and Shawn arrived early and worked steadily through the day. They carefully wrapped and transported family heirlooms (often heavy and awkward) with care. At all times they were careful, positive, and fun. They were a treasure to work with.

The best moving company I've ever worked with. They made my move completely stress free. Packed everything wonderfully and unpacked it into a 10x30 storage unit that was no easy task. Nothing was damaged and somehow they fit a 3 bedroom house into a much smaller space. Thank you, Alder Moving Services!

We had Alder move us from Elk to Fort Bragg and can't say enough good things about the two movers we had. They wrapped our furniture and prepped everything well before loading it in the truck. They were friendly and professional, and not one thing was broken. We would definitely recommend Alder to anyone looking for a great moving company.

We had a lot of stuff they had to pack, and we had to move several hundred miles, and I hadn't moved in so long I really didn't know what to do or expect.
Alder Moving was fantastic in every way, there is nothing more stressful than moving well maybe divorce, but if you're looking for a professional moving company to make it as easy as possible this is who you want to use.

These guys are the best!!!! I recently sold my ranch and bought a smaller property close by in Cleone. I erroneously hired moving helpers from Ukiah thinking I would save money (It was a nightmare)
I called Alder moving and explained my situation they came to my rescue and were able to pick up my most precious but very heavy belongings that the other movers had abandoned the night before. I will always be grateful!!! They were professional, had the correct equipment, kind and helpful. They got the job done so quickly because they knew what they were doing.
