Panek Precision, a CNC machine shop, was established in 1945 by Chester Panek in a small facility in Chicago and has a record of consistent and steady growth. Under the leadership of our current President, Gregg Panek, we are still family-owned and operated. Our primary capabilities as a machine shop include CNC machining, multi-spindle screw machining, precision tube cutting, metal forming, 4-slide stamping and centerless grinding.

Holding an ISO 9001:2015 certification, Panek Precision employs extensive quality control measures including APQP planning, statistical process control, an in-process inspection of parts to a C=0 sampling plan, and monitoring of production defects to determine their cause and eliminate them.To ensure that our parts are always made using quality materials, we maintain strong relationships with a select group of outside suppliers.

With over 60 CNC machines and over 50 multi-spindle Screw Machines of all types and sizes, Panek Precision can meet all of your precision machined parts production requirements and special, high precision cnc machining needs.
Panek Precision possesses all of the latest CNC precision turning and lathe machining technology for your component requirements. With 25 CNC turning centers, we can accommodate CNC turning jobs of all types like CNC lathes with bar feeders and CNC Chuckers. Additionally, our CNC turning centers include critical GDT features such as microfinishes, true positions and concentricity callouts.
With Twentyfour (24) CNC vertical machining centers and up to 5-axis cnc machining capabilities, almost any precision CNC vertical milling job is possible. Supplementary trunion, indexing and rotary tables for simultaneous machining operations or special contours and angles. Pallet changers and other quick change fixtures for reduced setup time and maximum throughput.

They are a total joke. the way they treat the employees is like a 3rd world country. Anyone that works there and is not in the family, is not gonna be there working for long. There are brothers, friends, wife's, and husbands, plus their kids, working in the manufacturing area and beyond. Skip this place.

They do not care about their workers. If you get injured they will not use their insurance and will even dock your pay for the hours you had to miss. If you run into medical issues outside of work and ask for better working conditions during the time it takes to recover, they will get annoyed and actually make your job harder, then say YOU'RE incompetent and fire you. This comes from personal experience and over 20 years at this miserable company.
