Horrible! Would give 0 stars. Ladies always in a rush to get your nails done and they don't do them right. Asked for french tip mani and pedi and they didn't want to do pedí. Did hands french tip and they are not even some are thicker then others. Lady filed my nails too much my nails are super thin now. They just lost about 4 customers, we sure won't be going back. So sad. Thats a picture a day after and already chipped🤦🏽‍♀️

3 stars because it seems like they are doing better with the staff seems a lot nicer but still I paid 160 dollars for my nails and feet no way may nails should be lifting 3 days later I went up there to let them know they put super glue but a day later it popped off right along Roth my pinky nail and my middle finger nail is lifting at the bed it’s been a week now since I got them done on the 3rd day I had to go in because one was lifting I should’ve known something when they were putting them on my nails were bending I told them I don’t think this is right they said wait for it to dry I

So i just started to get back into doing my nails again and the first time i went WENDY did a wonderful job helping me match my nails for the occasion i was going to. So I went in again 4/13/21 For my 4:20 nails for my outfit i have here. So SANDRA was nice enough to take me and I Personally feel she did a wonderful job of drawing my little leaf on my nail from just glancing at a necklace i was wearing that day. I will be coming back with my 13year old because they are all nice and patient. You have the feeling of being relaxed and calm while you get your nails done like it used to be. Not to mention

If I could put less than one star I would they were rude, unprofessional, they made fun of our hands and overcharge us for the basics??? 55 and 65 dollars for rudeness, unprofessional business and not taking there time on the nails. waist of money! do not recommend! also my thought is that the reviews that are good are probably fake

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPEREINCE EVER!
First of all, the owner has a really terrible attitude and is super rude! She made me feel bad about not knowing what color I wanted when she had just given me the swatches. The tools and towels are extreme unhygienic and when the owner nicked me, she didn't even apologize or put alcohol on the wound. My nails came out with weird black stains in the polish too. And at the end, the owner yelled at me for not having cash and told me that I needed to go pull out cash even though she had a sign that said they receive card. This place is super ghetto. DON'T COME
