If you would like to host and manage your own event at Pat's 30 Acres, please mention it in your booking request. We are more than happy to rent out our space and let you hire an outside catering and event company to manage it. Simply request a date, tell us you'd like to manage it yourself, and we will let you know our rates.
Antipasto Display- an assortment of meats, cheeses, grilled vegetables, and rustic breads. Seafood Bar- clams on the shell, shucked oysters, and peeled shrimp served lemons and cocktail sauce. The following is our basic picnic menu with some of the additional choices that are available. Menus can be adjusted to your needs.

There isn’t enough good things to say about this venue. Getting married during a pandemic wasn’t easy but they made it so much easier! We had been planning our big day since last October and we had were over the moon that it was still doable this year. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We felt safe and comfortable the entire day! The food was AMAZING. Bartenders were attentive and quick. The property was just everything we ever could of imagined. Having the whole space made it easy to keep people not clustered together. They really let you take the reins when it comes to a DIY wedding

This place is 5he hardest to get in touch with. By the time they answered my email request for prices, they had given my date away. They do not send quotes, they do not have a very informative website, and they are very lax in answering their messages. I left 4 voicemails and sent 5 emails requesting pricing and information. Would not recommend this place if you are in a hurry to plan an event!

Excellent food (okay, except for the hot dog buns). The CORN was DELICIOUS. They made a phone call to the farm where it is grown and, since I wasn't going to buy a bushel, gave me the addresses of 2 farm markets where I could buy individual ears. Also delicious, even cooked the next day. But Pat's 30 Acres staff were all great.

I had my wedding at Pats 30 Acres Oct 2016. This venue is 100% DIY. It has a beautiful bare bones pavilion space on the small lake with catering onsite. I am a very crafty girl so this was a dream for me. It was A LOT of work. The men who run the pavilion space are blue collar volunteer workers. You will be required to move every picnic table and hang every light so rally your friends or hire a hand. Working with the staff over the year was really laid back. They let me crash a few weddings that were there the summer before so that we could taste the food and see the space set up. Brett the chef
