4/18/2021 Finally had the crew come in to completely replace failed ductwork. These guys where awesome and answered all of our questions. These guys are truly craftsmen. Coupled with new smart thermostat and UV light our house is finally comfortable throughout. Logging into Lee county electric my day to day usage appears to be dropping although will need a few months to see the savings roll in. Minor billing issue was quickly resolved to my expectation. My service experience with this company has been great.

Do not use this company! Sends out repair man who does nothing but take the filter out and doesn’t replace it. Says it’s fixed. States the charge would be $29-39. Of course that didn’t fix the problem so we called another more reputable company who came out and actually fixed the problem. Called Ellsworth that it was never fixed and they turn around and charge our card $79. Just a company taking advantage of an elderly woman who lives out of state!

They charged me $295 ( with my preferred customer discount) to replace a fan motor on the condenser that was under warranty. This was just for labor and took less than a half hr. This was after being without air for 4 days due to a part shortage. On the fourth day, they were not helpful when I asked about the status of the part and told me it was… impossible to find where the part was even though I offered to go get it. Not responsive in communicating. I guess I do not expect to be without air for 4 days on a 2 year Trane unit and be charged almost $600/hr Labor
