Fifty years ago, Ira and Mary Lee Strack struck out on an adventure of a lifetime, opening Custom Printing on Pike Avenue in North Little Rock. Custom XM designed and printed custom folders and stickers for me! They happily made as many changes as I requested before printing and even loaded my car curbside! Custom XM is terrific to work with! I am with a small non-profit and we work with them for digital marketing services- website upkeep, emails, social media and other digital marketing, and graphic design. They are extremely responsive and proactive when it comes to helping us market ourselves online. Customer Service to me is very important. If I'm given good customer service, I will stay a loyal customer. CustomXM does all of our letterhead, business cards, envelopes and file jackets. They also do our mailing labels. We work on a rotating basis. I will place an order and they deliver half to me and keep the other half as my stock. When I call for the stock to be delivered, they automatically put in another order. I really think they have great people and that's great because it's family owned business. I'm all for helping out the family owned and small businesses. But they are high-tech. Don
