Services
If you have a summons, please forward to us immediately via fax or emailing base on location. The carrier will assign a representative to your insured's claim. In most situations we can provide contact information to you within 3 days of submitting the claim. If your insured's policy is with Nautilus, or Scottsdale, you can report directly to the carrier.
