Excellent! We used Deb K. to buy a home. She was wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable. Deb assisted us with the entire process with ease though things couldn't always be done face to face. She knows how to get thing done! Deb K. was always available for any questions. If you want someone who will not waste your time and is competent in all levels... get Deb K. We would certainly use her again.

I respectfully write this review as a very concerned new york resident. i was an active participant in a deal involving rochel, a broker at beach & bartolo realtors.
rochelle violated many industry standards and operated without regard to long- standing ethical requirements. rochelle provided inflated comparable values to the purchaser by relying in home data from a nearby town wiyh higher median values. this misrepresentation resulted in my partner purchasing a home for way over market. why, you may ask? because rochelle also represented the seller. in a selfish effort to line her own

Deborah K is a terrible representative for this real estate company. She sounded cranky in response to a rental inquiry and had zero charm or information on the property. I've dealt with several real estate companies in various states and never have I spoken to someone who sounded so burnt out and unprofessional. Doubt I'll ever look at their listings again after this poor interaction.
