Victoria "Tori" Fernandez was born and raised a Cuban-American artist in Miami, FL where she began her lifelong passion for art. Later in life, pursuing a more traditional career per a Summa Cum Laude High school graduate, she attended Florida International University majoring in Mechanical Engineering (and later Electrical Engineering).
