I want to say thank you to everyone on staff. Better Beginnings was life saving for me. My husband and I made the drive from Georgia because of my severe PPD and OCD. Each counselor is gifted so uniquely. I had a breakthrough moment with the counselor Stevie doing yoga. I felt like I could get through this and come out on the other side. And I’m happy to say I have now. I learned skills I still use at home to take care of myself and baby as well. With the help of Angel, I also received the Zulresso treatment and that truly turned things around for me. I am now laughing and connecting with my

I would highly recommend Better Beginnings to anyone especially my therapist Tiffany. I was in therapy for a year and a half. I gained so many tools I needed to help me through some of my darkest moments (past & present). I’m thriving at my fullest potential because of this place & its staff providing EXCELLENT service.

I don't know what I would do without these people. After a VERY stressful first part of my pregnancy, I was convinced I would never find doctors that truly understood the unique and delicate combination of tackling mental health issues during pregnancy. I am very thankful to have found Better Beginnings, who have made me feel comfortable and supported since my first appointment. I highly recommend them! (Yvette is the BEST!)

Do not go to this place. Angela was cold and angry that I wasn't taking ALL the prescribed medicine while being 7 months prego. I told her about something I was upset about that happened the night before with my husband, asked him to out Kenny to sleep and my husband was angry about it and took my kid to go on a DRIVE to sleep (which was normal, the only unusual thing was that I was upset my husband was upset about being asked to do so, and I didn't want him driving angry at night because it's not safe). She called Child protective services and told them something completely different. She was

Better Beginnings was my first foray into receiving help for anxiety and depression/ADHD. Or at least this Is what the psychiatrist diagnosed me with. They only care about the money, I had 2 appts with Angela Davenport who I tried to feel comfortable with but unfortunately she is extremely cold. I went in trusting these people to help me. Instead they overcharged me without discussing the charges, couldn’t explain the extra charges, and their owner /CEO Lauren called and cleared nothing up. Just ran me around in circles. I said I’d like to cut ties with this clinic, they prescribed me lexapro

I have felt so fortunate to meet Jessica at a virtual Mommy’s group, which led me to utilizing several great resources at Better Beginnings. I have been so happy with the care I’ve received, and the owner, Lauren, has taken the time to email and talk to me on the phone about all of the different options. I’ve felt no pressure, and my therapist Renee is amazing! Thank you Better beginnings. There is a lot of stigma related to seeking help for postpartum mental health, but places like this, tailored to support new Mommas, has made a huge positive impact on me and has confirmed that it’s been
