I called the night before and paid for a tow for an early pick up. They never showed up. After several hours I called them and asked them where they are.
They said oh we came to your house but you were not there.
That's impossible because I live in a gated community. I told them the gate did not register them they said actually were several hours away. So then I said well let's cancel it I'll get someone else and they said will you charge you anyways.
Bottom line is they are very unethical they lie and they're not even located in Calabasas they are in Sylmar buy paying

Called this company for towing service and they dispatch towing r us who charge an exuberant amount of money. Called them back to report about the exuberant amount that towing r us charge us and said that they will escalate the issue to their supervisor.. no return call from them was made and when I made another call they gave me the name of the number of the supervisor who unfortunately was the number of Towing R Us . Very frustrating ! They seem not to want to get involve with the company that they dispatch.
