I had an external hard drive fail with some very sentimental photos as well as a ton of important documents. Chris was able to recover all the data that was lost and put it onto another drive and also sent the original dead drive back to me. He was very professional and the turnaround was very quick.

I have required computer help twice this week. Chris solved my problems both times. I had a desktop computer with a bad motherboard and a laptop with the blue screen of death. I also had Chris take a look at my homes wireless network to see if it was performing at peak.
