Not an RV Park. it a long term living facility.
Edit for Owner response: Your name is RV Park and you admit you are not an RV park. If you change your name so it is not a lie, I will change my review.

We've been here for a little over a year and a half the manager is awesome friendly and helpful. All the people that are here are very nice and help when they can. Always a friendly smile and a wave I would highly recommend this place for a short-term or long-term we only stay here on the weekends for right now but hope to be staying here a lot more often in the near future very affordable for being a block off the beach compared to other RV parks that we have looked at. Has a shower laundry and restroom facilities that's kept clean and usable and secure.

This is an RV park for full-time living and does not have spots for short-term rental. However, as a full-time, long-term renter, it's fantastic! So close to the beach, nice spaces with plenty of parking and space, green all around, clean restrooms, working laundry. Friendly neighbors.

The best rv park we have lived in along the coast! Most rv parks only accommodate fisherman and/or vacationers on a short term stay. You are welcomed here as long as needed and they provide full site hookups (Water sewer and garbage) perfect beach access which is really nice for my wife. She doesn't struggle getting to the beach or onto it. Very ease of access. We love it here

The owner was pleasant and courteous. My husband passed away of a heart attack enroute to Oregon . My RV obtained front end damage . I plan on getting it fixed, but didn't have time. The owner was very sympathetic to my situation. I thank him from the bottom of my heart. He was very approachable and friendly at all times. Yes it is a permanent and short term RV park, but a lot of people like camping long term. I recommend this park.

My husband, 2 kids and I haved lived at this park for 2 years (tiny home living to save money!) Most of the people staying there are living there long term, and are friendly and helpful! We loved living here, management was great, and the park was kept clean. Only about a block from the beach, which was AWESOME! My kids and I would walk to the beach and go downtown almost every day, which makes it a great spot to vacation as well. The price is also the best around!

We enjoyed the convenience of a two block walk to town and the beach as we spent most of our time with our kids staying in a hotel close by. The park is older and is a locals park, but the park manager Mike was friendly, helpful and was the reason we chose to stay. This is not a kid friendly park and some of the stationary trailers could use some TLC, but if you’re looking for an affordable, no frills place to park for a night or two, this may be an option for you.

I would give no stars but I can't. We have never been so disappointed in a place we have stayed. We have been coming to Rockaway Beach for a few years now, usually staying at another park. This year it was full so we booked here. We pulled in and it was a dump. There is a reason there are no pictures of the park online. Almost all full timers with garbage and sh*# everywhere! Long story short, we stayed one night, cut our losses and ended up going somewhere else for the rest of our trip. DO NOT stay here and waste your money! Not kid friendly at all. Our kids were creeped out. Garbage.....

Rockaway is a great location to go to when avoiding the traffic you'd find in Seaside or Cannon Beach. That said this park is simply a place to park with 30A power, water, and sewer hookups. Not well maintained and, as others have pointed out, many of the rigs parked here will never move again. It's quiet, but is one step above a remote parking lot. One thing to note: The office is the manager's home, don't simply open the office door like I did -- ring the bell or knock on the door. Manager was very nice and polite even after the unexpected intrusion into his living room. It is within a couple

To Whom it may concern:
I am writing to let you know how much I love living here and being a part of the community. I moved here August 3, 2017 having lived previously in my RV at the Grand Ronde RV park for 4 +/- years. In the last year, I've come to like the various tenants and manager. Everyone has been very welcoming and open since my arrival.
This community has enabled me to come "out of my shell" in regards to my anxiety. I'm very content and have a sense of safety knowing the people in this park look out for one another. Since moving here I've made many friends and have even started volunteering
