At Psych Pointe of Florida, we provide personal, friendly services in a fun and caring environment for children and adults of all ages. All of our doctors are Board Certified Psychiatrist and have worked in the medical industry for a number of years. Our services range from Psychotherapy to Motivational Interviewing.
Orlando Social Skills Groups - ADHD, ADD, ASD or Social Anxiety Day Camp Builds Kids, Teens, College, and Young Adults Leadership Groups and Social Skills - These Social Skills Groups are for elementary, middle, high school, college and young adults that may have social skills issues with their peer group or lack assertion confidence.

If you want a provider that will be consistent and guarantee you a supply of your medications, pick somewhere else.
I loved this group at first. The first person I ever spoke to from here (I believe her name was Genesis) was dedicated to helping me get an appointment after having issues with receiving my medications from my previous provider. However, they have serious issues with calling and scheduling. I am now two weeks without my medications after spending a week in a psych ward last year, which was what prompted me trying to find a new provider. I have called multiple times, received no response

I am not too sure what all the negative reviews are about, I have been treated fairly and well by Psych Pointe of Florida. My appointments are always on time and no matter who I am seeing that day, I am always asked how I am doing and my feelings are respected and adressed. The front staff are all cordial and warm, very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend PPoF to anyone looking for a new provider.

I have no complaints at all about Psych Pointe. The staff is friendly, and very accommodating. They would always call me before my appointment and make sure to remind me. I had an incident where one of the girls made an error with my appointments that were only a few days apart. Once I realized this and told her about it, she did all in her power to fix her mistake. She did amazing! Was able to schedule me at a later time that same day, and with both providers, so I only had to go in once and get my prescription. Dr. Quadri has always been respectful with my time and as a person. He has listened

I was looking for the right psychiatrist in Central Florida for what seems like a couple years before I came across Psych Pointe. The services provided by Dr. Quadri and his staff are second to none. I'm so happy I found this office and a doctor in Dr. Quadri who is truly invested in helping me. I could not recommend Psych Pointe more.

I love Psych Pointe of Florida. I have been going to this practice for 5 years now and have never had any problems. Dr.Quadri and his staff always are professional and respectful. Dr.Quadri listens to me and does not make me feel rushed or uncomfortable. I never have issues getting an appointment and I always get a reminder the day before. The staff here was my support system when I was pregnant and after having postpartum depression. I would recommend this office to anyone needing a psychiatrist or therapy. They care :)

This office is so scattered. Idk if it's the doctors, the ladies in the front, whatever, just find a different office. I know I will soon. One of their doctors has written me the wrong prescription twice now and I've had to drive across town to get a new one. They usually don't answer, when you leave a voicemail they are NOT quick about getting back with you. I'd had doctors miss my appointments and then I'm without medicine...once again this has happened more than once that a doctor just hasn't called me for my appointment. A very unorganized office! I have to FIGHT

Dr. Quadri and Dr. Kim are great. Esther is also awesome.
But their front office staff are awful. I've had multiple issues with them but today took the cake. They put me on hold with no warning mid sentence when I explained my daughter was in serious crisis after a recent medication adjustment. Then they disconnected the call . I tried to call back multiple times. I may now have to take my daughter to the emergency room.
I believe the Dr.would be upset if he knew what goes on in the office. Many, but not all, behave as though their job is an inconvenience. That's not okay when dealing

I have been going to Psych Pointe since I was a teenager, Dr.Quadri is amazing and has been extremely helpful every time I have seen him. The issue is the rest of the staff is incompetent and should not be working in the medical field. On countless occasions, they have forgotten to send in my medication prescription and I have had to go up to weeks without my medication. They have called the wrong number for my appointment and then tried to charge me the $50 late fee and continued to blame me after sending proof that it was their mistake. This place is the reason my wife had to voluntarily admit herself to the hospital for the second time. My wife needed help and was refused any treatment until her debt was repayed even though we made several attempts to work out some sort of payment attempts, their offices are either overworked or careless, since its nearly impossible to work with them. The reason there was a billing issue is because of the dates that the billing was inputted. It breaks my heart how they are even in business, anyone that needs treatment

I have been seeing Dr. Kellogg for nearly four months. He has been nothing short of amazing to work with. He is the first psychologist I've been to, and has really helped me through some personal things and maintaining a positive outlook. If he were practicing anywhere else, Id be a patient for life. Absolutely do not choose this office for your mental needs. I should have trusted my instincts when I first entered the office with the lobby having old funeral parlor chairs that smelled so bad I could barely breathe.
They are accepting new patients when they cannot accommodate the amount they already have. We wait an average of 1.5 hours to meet with the nurse practitioner for my daughter's prescription for a 10 minute consultation. What a waste of time. They don't care about their patients at all. You also have to wait over a month to see a therapist.

You can tell a lot about an office by the lobby. If we were going by first impressions, this one was incredibly poor. Despite the yellowed walls, mismatching and torn chairs, and stained carpet, I gave this office the benefit of the doubt because ultimately the care provided is what matters most.
