This place excelled at first rate customer service. The service I needed was dentures They took the denture measurements with precision before I even had the surgery! Then, at the next appointment I was grumpy. Ok, grumpy would be an understatement. They were still kind and respectful despite my demeanor. Then at the most recent appointment they kept up with my mania and worked very hard to get my mandible denture plate to fit and they did! Staff and Dr. Smith were wonderful! We’re new to the area and the process to schedule the appointment all the way to the actual appointment day were smooth and pain free! Office is clean, high-tech, staff is extremely nice and they make you feel like family! I would highly recommend their office for your next visit!

Grateful to Dr. Jake Gerard and his concern and skill in doing my implants! Today was my 2nd lower molar, and I'm so glad we decided to do these replacements. I love this place! Had my first appointment with exam and cleaning. I have terrible dental anxiety and had a bad experience with another clinic already. This clinic is professional, kind and the staff is very caring and patient. The dentist was amazing! He took lots of time to make sure I fully understand everything and to make sure he answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable at all. The entire staff is awesome. I highly recommend this clinic!!!

Randy has been my Dentist for several decades. His skills in Dentistry are unmatched, having served my needs in everything from cavities to implants. Of even more value to me than his Dentistry skills has been my good fortune to watch as he guided his Family and pointed his Kids towards success. I can attest that Randy has accomplished that… goal. I feel that the difference between "Healthcare" and true caring on an individual basis is immense. I have always enjoyed my interaction with the Staff at McMillan Dental, and strange as it seems always look forward to my visits. Yeah...I know.
