Eric did a great job helping me with my VPN connections and getting software installed. The task was not as straight forward as we initially thought but he was able to make it all work. Afterward, he followed up to make sure everything was as I expected. I appreciated his efforts.

Fuse 3 has been truly amazing for us.
Our CPA firm suffered a fire with extensive water damage.
We had NO access to anything.
Fuse 3 has and continues to guide us in getting home offices set up for our employees and a temp work site.
This was no easy task as our prior IT company was adequate at best. Fuse 3 has picked up the pieces, not only put them back together, but ensured that we are safe, have a current back up, firewall protection, technical support all without making any of our staff feel silly for asking questions.

We contacted the owner Mike back in 2008 while interviewing many companies looking for new IT support. Mike explained everything they had to offer and I honestly believed it was too good to be true but I decided to give them a shot! We were $$ paying $$ 3 times the amount Mike quoted so I had very little to lose!!!! IT has aslways been a hassle for our small business until a friend referred us to Fuse 3. They are knowledgable, professional and worth every penny we spend. They resolve issues imediately, but usually avoid problems altogether. They provide data back-up, firewall protection, tecnical support, etc that requires very little on my part.
What I appreciate most is that they are willing to explain my network so that we can trouble shoot many problems internally, whereas many companies try to make you dependant upon them for everything.
