We got married at the IACC on June 15, 2019. After working with a previous coordinator who lacked communication, working with Bianca and Erin was AMAZING. No questions were left unanswered and we came in for our big day confident that everything was going to go smoothly. everything went off without a hitch. Seeing our vision come to life by then and their amazing staff members was fantastic. At the end of the night they boxed up all of our decorations. 2nd time here for bi-weekly lunches they host.. this one was the Christmas luncheon. My friend had taken me as a guest during the work week and it's a treat to get out of downtown and have homemade Italian food for ridiculously less money than it costs to park downtown for an hour!!! This Christmas lunch started with cheese and crackers, sausage, relishes... all in the Italian tradition.. followed by homemade pasta in amazing sauce! Terrible!!! They made me cry on my wedding day! Our contract stated that there is to be NO NUTS in any of the food, as my sister has a life threatening allergy. When served my lasagna, it was covered in pesto sauce...which is made from PINE NUTS! I began to cry when I realized the venue was full of food that could kill my sister. When we tried to negotiate with them days after the wedding, they said "it's no big deal, no one got hurt." NO ONE GOT HURT BECAUSE I (THE BRIDE) HAD TO RUN TO THE KITCHEN AND DEMAND THAT THEY DO NOT SERVE IT! They also charged cash bar at our wedding for
