If I could give negative stars, I would. The disgusting attitude of the workers amazed me as I was “told I need to go” while 110% most definitely wearing my mask when I had a $250 pair of goggles in my hand ready to purchase. I guess they wanted to leave early for the night🤷🏻♂️. Additionally, was an un salted super slippery and dangerous parking lot. Would not recommend. There are plenty of good stores nearby to check out!

Most bike parks I've visited don't have the best shops which is understandable. Thunder was decent, Trestle was ok, but Killington is in another league. A bought a TLD jersey and Killington Bike Park hoodie. Not the cheapest, which is to be expected if you're buying something at the mountain, but there's a huge selection of high quality items from all the bigger MTB brands.

There was an issue with my purchase which resulted in my transaction not showing on their system, but Killington Sports went above and beyond to ensure that my experience with them was a good one. They consistently checked up with me and updated me on the issue, and went as far as to offer me a week’s worth of ski passes for the trouble. I would highly recommend purchasing from Killington Sports and really appreciate the excellent customer service.

Found a good deal on their winter sale and ordered a couple of pairs of Oakley goggles. Both had been opened before because the boxes were ripped and had been opened. The one set had clearly been a display item because it still had the security tag on it and finger prints all over the lens. I called the customer service number and emailed them. I got an email back and it apologized for the condition and told me a round about way to get the security tag off. I feel that the lack of care from Killington make me neutral about buying from them again. A display item is usually discounted further and

Amazing service from Tyler. My brother brought back a hoodie from his trip for my daughter but it was the wrong size. I emailed Tyler and he said he would exchange the size, even though i didn't have the receipt. I mailed it to Tyler and within a week he mailed it back. Ordered a used demo bike online. Specifically said that shipping would be free at check out. They called me after 2 days to say that they would need to charge me shipping. Also told me that they did not charge me tax and wanted to add more money on for that as well. I should not be responsible for their mistakes. If that's what it says on the website that's what they should've given me. Instead I had to cancel my order. They were not rude on the phone, but I would not recommend buying from them online.
