Shining Star Car Wash

Place is in horrible shape. Half the vacuums are broken as well as the car wash itself is very poor.

Used to be a great car wash. Now there is no pressure and a hint of pine sol in the water. You would be better at home with a hose and no nozzle.

It's OK nothing special... went to wash my sons car off pressure was OK, clean trash cans to dispose of and vacuum worked... basic needs are met

Terrible. Card reader wasn't working, 2 of the 3 available phone numbers are disconnected. The soap wasn't working and the foam wasn't working either. It was a mistake wasting money here.

For the most part everything worked well. A bunch of the CC machines were out though. The vacuum didn't have as much suction as other places I've used. The foam brush just spat out soapy water, which worked ok, but didn't clean as well.

Use my debit card... machine said i had used $5.25 worth of time washing my car but was charged $10. Barely no soap or foam. Pressure wasn't strong enough to get off normal dirt. A one start would be fair but I went with two starts bc it looks like an up-to-date clean place but was unsatisfied with over all quality of service.

I’ve tried contacting the owner numerous times just to get no response. I’ve seen others have had the same issues. Listen to the reviews and do not visit this car wash. It is pathetic. The automatic wash does not provide enough pressure to get the soap or wax off of your vehicle. The undercarriage wash that is included in the price does not either. My vehicle had a ton of soap and wax residue left on it after it was washed so I had to go somewhere else to have it washed again, which was needed anyways since my car was still dirty anyways. This used to be a great car wash but it has gone downhill

I've called at least 3 times to ask about getting my car washed. I came through on a Sunday evening almost 2 weeks ago and used my debit card. I selected the $8 wash and the wash never started. I left two voicemails with no response. I didn't want a refund but just someone to turn the darn thing on to wash my car. I've used it in the past and have never been unsatisfied but this really bothers me that no one can return my calls.

Manual pressure washing is good. Place is clean, but the drive thru car wash didn't work after I put money in. I couldn't even contact the owner with the phone number on the sticker to get a refund. Its clean and good for manual washing, but don't use the drive through. Vacuuming is good as well.
