I booked with them because the company advertises GPS tracking on their flights which is critical to time that perfect moment for a proposal. Unfortunately, I never received the email notification despite being told over the phone and via email that I would. Customer service did not seem to care about this even though it impacted, arguably, one of the most precious moments in a young couple's lives. Two stars and not one because at least the plane was as advertised. Would not book again, or recommend if the timing is important.

Very disappointed with NJ Air Ads! We arranged several weeks ahead for a banner for a friend's 40th birthday...to be flown over the beach where we had 25 friends and family gathered...I called 2 hours ahead to confirm, the guy sounded like he had no idea what I was talking about. 20 minutes later I got a call from the manager, saying there were mechanical problems and they couldn't fly today! I said, can you send me a photo of the banner so we can show our friend? They couldn't! My bet is they completely dropped the ball! DO NOT USE NJ AIR ADS FOR YOUR BANNERS!
