Since then, we have developed lasting relationships with customers from coast to coast, and are proud to consider many of them personal friends. Some of the best communication and customer service I have ever experienced with a logistics company. Keep in mind, we are a third party customer, our vendor contracted them out. I spoke with Sean several times and honestly he deserves more than 5 stars.

When you will pick up a load in Heavener,OK (fresh chicken) for Kolby you will spent at least 10 hours at facility.
He will tell you to be patient :)))) and then he will do his best and will pay you 100$ detention !!!
Shame on you Kolby !

Ever had That “ sounds too good to be true load “ ? ? Been a while since I’ve had one but from the time we loaded to delivery , things went perfect ! As a dispatcher in a small outfit it’s makes a difference to us. Broker told us load was ready and customer just needed an ETA and he’ll be waiting for us . Drive showed up and 30 mins later was loaded up and rolling! The delivery was spot on as well just like clockwork. It’s nice to haul for brokers that actually know what’s going on . On my end , the 7 day ACH no fees is the best !

Actually impressed. Dan from afterhours was flexible. Which we appreciated. On-boarding process was smooth. Working with the same ppl helps during issues. Paperwork submission driver friendly. Too good to be true???
