Disappointed and been had....that is the feeling I had when I left after my service and have today about CCsalon. I called back on the same day to speak to the stylist or to the owner to see about fixing the issue, I knew by the tone of the person answering that my call will not be returned. And it was not! It has been 5 days. Sub par talent for top Sonoma prices! it is a tourist trap and unfortunately us locals are paying the price. Never again....!

First time looking for a back up when I can't be in San Francisco Had my hair colored , cut and blow dry
Also brow wax. Carolina did it all. Great personality friendly accommodating. Clean and covid adhered

I usually book with Rebecca, she is awesome but I noticed her name wasn't on the website, where you can now book online. So I made an appointment with a certain stylist (I didn't know her, it was my first time booking with her, but people recommended her) and when I get there and they're cutting my hair, I talk to her about the people that recommended her and find out that someone else (not the stylist I booked my app with) is cutting my hair. She didn't even mention that she was replacing the stylist I originally booked with before she started my haircut. I was also charged

The receptionist was very nice and the salon was clean, but the haircut I received was terrible! Juanita did not even try to spend more than 10 minutes doing my hair and the result was exactly what you would expect from a 10-minute haircut. Sorry, but I would never recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a half decent haircut. I hope the other stylist are better, and actually put more effort into trying to do a good job. Horribly disappointed. :-(

While visiting for the weekend, we made a men's and women's haircut appointment to get trims. The stylist didn't listen to (or understand?) my husband's request and ended up cutting off way more than desired providing a very below average, standard 10 year old boy cut. The stylist had absolutely no experience. I didn't go through with my cut to avoid potential disaster.

The price charge definitely went up high after the renovation of the shop. Before I'd go in for a shampoo & deep conditioning which was $30-$35 but now it's $50. Quite a jump!
Had my makeup done by one of the ladies, I requested for a very simple neutral look but the makeup artist went on applying a heavy makeup on me which cost me $70(would've been charged only $30 at Macy's). Not all the ladies speak fluent English which can be difficult in a working environment like a salon, so some requires a translator but they do a good job.

I have never been so happy with a salon & my stylist! The salon is very welcoming, stylish & its always fun to come in and visit with the ladies of the salon! Juanita & Carolina are the best!!! I am always extremely happy with my hair and appreciate the high-end products used. The cost is most reasonable for the services provided. Happy customer and I could not recommend more!

I have been looking for a stylist that can do same day appointments and I am thrilled to have found this salon. I called and was given a same day appointment. They took me right away and were so friendly! My hair was washed, conditioned and styled beautifully. Once you find someone you like, you can request them specifically. They also do hair cuts and color and take all genders and kids too.

My hair was done by Juanita I believe that was her name, she was great! Super friendly very sociable and totally asked for my opinion from time to time, I told her what I was going for and she did exactly that! I wanted to go short ( long A line with Balyage highlights) it was hours and hours of work but for $160 I couldn't complain! I had such great compliments from everyone! All the girls there were very sweet! I would definitely go back to this salon!

There is a reason CC Beauty Salon has been around for some 15 years. An owner who is skilled, brings in quallity stylists, cares about customers and provides service and professional work at fair and reasonable prices.
When I came home after 40 years my niece recommended CC's. Not sure how many men are clients but I have been getting my hair cut (not "done"!) at CC's for nearly 6 years now. Barbers are 'barbers' and its hard to find one with the perspecitve of a woman stylist.

Jaunita is amazing!! I pray she never leaves!! Usually can get in the day of... she cuts my hair, which I always get great compliments on.. and washes and styles for only $25!
I reccommend her to everyone and they are always pleased. She is hip and will give her opinion to help you out if you're wanting to try something new, or she won't.. Nice, small place.
