Courtney Philips is great! She really listened to my problems & is empathetic. This office in general runs its schedule well. I never have to wait very long at all! However, I'm NOT pleased with how Zachary Johnson conducted the analysis of my patch testing.
Because this test was on my back, obviously i cannot see the results myself. They took photos on Day 3 and Day 5. On Day 5, he only gave me a list of 2 things that i "had a reaction" to. But on Day 3, there were more than 2... So I had to ask the nurse to print out the additional items from Day 3 that gave me a reaction. Why did he just ignore

We have had a great experience at El Segundo Dermatology....my teenage daughter was refered here for acne and mole removal. She was so lucky to be seen by Dr. Eve Katzen and I'm so grateful for her. She is thee sweetest doctor ever! Made my daughter feel so comfortable for her procedure and visits(3 so far) She explains everything thoroughly every time and truly cares about her patients comfort. The office is very clean, staff is very welcoming and sweet and the bonus they always have great music playing in the background. Definitely recommend this office! Thank you Dr. Katzen!

Never ever pay them upfront if you have co-insurance that depends on the actual price of the procedures.
I have met my deductible and have 10% co-insurance after that. What they did is charged several procedures upfront at the price they bill even though it is higher than the price negotiated with insurance. Moreover, they later sent me the bill for the rest of the procedures again at the rates they bill the insurance, not at the negotiated price. Basically, they want me to overpay 10% of the discount that insurance applies

OMG! I am soooo pleased with P.A Johnson and his nurse. They take very good care of me. They work great as a team. They really care about your & your needs. Truly a God find. You would be missing out if you do not experience what I have. Now, if I can just find a great PCP I will have my dream team😊

I love Dr. Christina Kim and her treatments and suggestions have all worked wonderfully for myself and daughters. My issue is with the staff and communication to get prescriptions filled. If you want a prescription filled plan on calling El Segundo Derm several times as well as the Pharmacy. This has happened several times with various prescriptions and not just a one time order. Very frustrating. Currently I have been working with the staff to try and get a prescription filled for a week. They called me yesterday to let me know it was taken care of and the doctor signed off. Usually I would get
