Ms. Leeper graduated with honors from Florida International University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Ms. Leeper attended Stetson University College of Law where she graduated in 1989. While at Stetson, Ms. Leeper served as President of the Spanish American Law Student Association.
Personal Injury law is a derogation of the societal concept that when our negligence injures or harms someone, we have a legal, (if not moral, ) obligation to remedy the outcome of our carelessness. This has been recognized by mankind since biblical times. In a perfect world, a wrongdoer would accept responsibility for the consequences of their actions and seek to make things right for their victim.
Marital and Family Law can be an area of practice full of joy and heartache. The joy comes from adoptions that result in the creation of new families. The heartache comes from the loss of a marriage, a dispute over assets or child support, or the removal of a child from a home. These later type of cases often result in protracted and heated litigation that does not serve the interests of husband, wife or children.
A contingency fee contract provides that you pay no attorneys fee unless a recovery is made on your behalf. Typically, the fee paid is a percentage of the recovery. The percentage is set out specifically in the contract so you will know exactly what your fee will be based upon the resolution of your case.
We subscribe to the belief that to whom much is given, much is expected. In short, we are all gifted in some manner and should use those gifts not just for ourselves, but for others and the community as well. Silvia volunteers with Lawyers for Literacy, a reading program for at risk third grade kids in the public schools.

I do not recommend at all the work of Mrs Leeper is the worst lawyer I've seen in my family case as most others should help you, but this one is only interested and charged in advance your money and then withdraw if the case does not suit you monetarily, in addition to giving a long process to the cases ..
