Our founding mission statement "Service First" is our commitment to both you and ourselves to provide the finest in architectural services in an effort to bring pride to your project and our profession. We've assembled an organization comprised of extremely talented folks with a variety of educational backgrounds and work experiences that truly enjoy working together - and that does matter to the success of your project.
Our architects are members of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) which requires annual continuing education credits as a provision of membership. We have a complete and current working knowledge of the many complex codes that now drive the development of projects and an understanding of how to fulfill the intention of those codes without overly exhausting your budget.

Services
TKS was founded because it had become apparent to us that architects had forgotten that their primary product is service, not art. We believe the practice of good architecture is creating innovative and effective solutions, thoroughly documenting the intent, and ensuring the construction process fulfills the goal.
We understand that those working in the healthcare industry require a workplace that accommodates the ever-changing demands of needing to multi-task in a critical setting. Through the use of natural lighting, cutting-edge materials, and years of experience, TKS provides healthcare and laboratory grade facilities with the utmost in efficiency and flexibility, for both professionals and those in their care.
Young minds are the most valuable resource a community has to offer. TKS views the education of these minds as an opportunity to expand the bounds of imagination, encourage positive thinking, and foster a sense of community. By promoting the growth of new generations through design we hope to create a learning environment that reinforces the desire to reach one's full potential.
Whether it's providing design services for a sanctuary, classrooms, social programs, or recreational activities, TKS understands the need to provide spaces that solidify faith and foster communal activity. We approach each design uniquely in a manner that befits a sanctified building and program, and ultimately honors the higher power it is intended to revere.
TKS Architects is a proud partner of Duck Donuts. After all, we've been fortunate enough to design over 70 of their stores all across the globe! We are currently licensed in 21 states, and with our NCARB accreditation, are able to receive licensure in other states quickly through reciprocity. If you're a future franchisee, we'd love to help bring your vision to life.

The staff seemed entitled (especially the receptionist), and acted like they were doing me a favor just to deal with me. I never even got to the prices or to fully explain my project. It only took a few minutes for me to get the message that they would rather not deal with me. I took my business elsewhere.
Update: I was contact by Ethan who actually remembered me and my experience, and has assured me that they had addressed their customer service environment via retraining and staffing changes - I sincerely hope so!. I am not in the market anymore for their services anymore, so I cannot comment
