The team at Toner RE are AMAZING! I venture to say the selling of property was one of the most difficult properties they have ever had, and they handled it all professionally. Colleen and her team are really outstanding. I get that there are a lot of brokers to choose from but what makes this team worth hiring is their combination of professionalism, their networks and their quick problem solving skills. Things come up in real estate all the time and my transaction was no exception but this team had a plan, moved quickly and closed the sale ON TIME. I'm convinced we would have had a significant delay with a lot more stress had I chose another agency. This is a long overdue review. Colleen and team are extremely professional and responsive . We sold a home the end of October 2020. This was a very emotional time for us . Colleen and team handled it with special care and compassion. Any problem that arose , Colleen and her team took care of it right away for us which greatly decreased our stress levels . I decided to sell my home in Massachusetts a little over a year ago, and contacted Melissa Jeffery. She came over immediately and showed me comparisons in my neighborhood and got things moving very quickly. She did a lot of showings and was always present and kept me informed on offers, and advised me on which ones were good and ones that were not. Stephanie was amazing to work with! She is so professional and so kind. I am a first time home buyer and there were so many questions I had, but she has never made me feel like I was silly.
