At Max C Smith, we offer a Preferred Maintenance Agreement (PMA) program. Members of this prepaid annual maintenance program will receive an A/C check in the Spring/Summer and a furnace check in the Fall/Winter.

I have called upon the Max Smith company for several services (furnace/heating, AC, hot water tank, house humidifier) for well over 30 years, ever since the original business owner (Max Smith himself) arrived at my home in the evening on a very cold night to hot wire my furnace and provide heat for my toddlers, until repair parts could be ordered and installed. I had called several other area HVAC businesses that evening, but Max Smith was the only one who responded. Max Smith has long since retired, but the employees in the company continue to rescue us when we have emergencies (like a thermostat

The technician responded within an hour or two and was able to diagnose the issue and what was needed to resolve it. I was able to get a quote by the next day and was called when my part arrived so we could schedule the repair. The technician also checked our other unit (we have 2) and found that it was off due to a pressure alert trip and told us what we needed to do to correct this. We have been dealing with another company previously and it was over a week with our unit down and they still hadn't prepared a quote to repair it. I would highly recommend Max C. Smith Company!
