Run don't walk! I gave Sadie the benefit of the doubt after she burned me the first time(finally admitted to a hole in laser) this time, is worse. I agreed to a C02 laser on my leg for crepe. I still have it and my leg is damaged. Asked for refund because I only did one, paid for two and surprise! Radio silence, RUN!

I've been a client of Sadie at Cozmedica for 5 years and will no longer go any place else. I have had many different types of skin services here including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermabrasion, fractional laser and CO2 laser. The results have been impressive and the specials Sadie offers make it a no brainer. I'm so over the North Scottsdale spas and the so-so results I've had there! Also have had micro needling done here in the past from Sadie and they always do such a great job. Both are very nice and professional. Terrible - I was seriously burned from laser hair removal. I had to go to my doctor for treatment, I couldn't move my legs. After all this, the hair returned. In all honesty, I was not planning on posting about my awful experience BUT I recently found out that Sadie sold me a fake designer (Louis Vuitton) purse for $400 cash. The owner, Sadie, claimed it was an authentic purse and needed to sell it for extra cash. How does the owner of a business sell their customers fake designer purses? Blows my mind. I do not recommend Cozmedica.

Do not spend your money here! I purchased a 6 month package and was told Botox was included.......conveniently the person that administers it quit and a replacement was never found. The organization here is terrible. I called on the phone to inquire how many sessions I had left and was told 7 after I arrived Sadie told me the person that answers the phone is "old and doesn't do a good job" and that I had zero sessions left (which was untrue) I still had 1 left. I went to Cozmedica for IPL treatments to address some broken capillaries on my cheeks. I found Sadie to be a pleasant combination of warmth and professionalism. We laughed a lot, but she was very thorough in explaining to me the IPL process and the aftercare. The treatment went quickly and although it will take a few sessions to banish those pesky red spots, an unexpected benefit was I immediately noticed some tightening of my skin. Horrible experience with laser hair removal and Sadie. Facts only. Both sessions she was extremely late. After second session I got burns all over my armpits. I left concerned voice mail-she didn't call back. When I posted my review here I got accusations from the business, that I'm slandering them and threats with their attorneys. They gave me 250$ (I paid 108$) and asked to remove pictures. They also showed patient consent, which I signed, where says "possible burns and redness might occur". Not the second degree burn, which I have right now. It's been 20 days since procedure

I purchased a Groupon and another package with them. They did would not honor the Groupon after I purchased a package from them. They are very disorganized here and have people answering the phone that have no clue as to what they are doing. The also told me my package included Botox and conveniently the Botox lady was never in town to do any procedures. They over sell on stuff they cannot offer!!! I would recommend not spending your money here!!!!

I scheduled an IPL and was very pleased with the treatment and the results. Sadie took the time to explain the procedure and to go over skin care with me. She was very professional. I would definitely use her again. I also felt she went over and beyond on customer service. I purchased a Groupon because a friend said she had received a good IPL from Sadie. I scheduled an appointment with Sadie even though the location was a 40 minute drive away. On the day of appt she called and asked if I could come early since she was sick. I said sure, but when I arrived I waited about 20 mins, only to hear Sadie had left for the day. Someone else performed the treatment. It was the worst IPL I've ever had. There was no indication I'd had an IPL, except that she burned a few of my eyebrow hairs.
